Dear ex JICA training course participants,
The Japanese Society for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities will conduct a survey to obtain important information necessary to support your activities in the future, in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
This survey provides you an opportunity to share with others your thoughts on what is needed in your respective country. We are currently considering the installment of a follow-up program for the ex JICA participants of “Leaders of Persons with Disabilities” and “Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities” courses. The follow-up program is to provide information and establish networks among the ex-participants working in the disability field, so that their missions would be more efficiently executed. To begin with, it is planned to establish a website to exchange information and make close liaisons.
Your views are quite valuable. The more feedback we receive, the better the results will be. Your personal information will be kept completely confidential. We also have an electric form of the questionnaire. The results of all the questionnaires will be put together and reported back to all of you. If any reason there arises a need to use some of your private information from the survey, we will ask for your permission.
