  1. A government desiring to nominate applicants for the course should fill in and forward one(1) original and three (3) copies of the Nomination Form (Form A2A3) for each applicant, to JICA office (or the Embassy of Japan) by March 17, 2006
  2. The JICA office (or the Embassy of Japan) will inform the applying government whether or not the nominee’s application has been accepted no later than April 17, 2006
  3. Applicants are requested to submit the Questionnaire (ANNEX I) and Inception Report (ANNEXII) together with the nomination form. Additional sheets or paper of A4 size may be used for the Inception Report, if necessary. However, the Inception Report should be within 10 Pages in total.
    Participants will be requested to present their Inception Report during the training program.

Note: The Questionnaire (ANNEX I) and Inception Report (ANNEX II) are indispensable for selection of the applicants. Please submit both documents together with the Nomination Form. Otherwise, the applicants will not be considered for selection.
