Necessity, objective and goals of vocational services is to support disabled persons to help themselves and other disabled persons in order to become stronger enough to fight environment.

So far we do not have enough support system for employment of people with disabilities. We do not have employment quota for disabled persons, and any laws or decree to promote employment for people with disabilities. In general, people with disabilities are not accepted by society very much, and some people look down people with disabilities.

Government has vocational training school in Vientiane and other nature city supported by foreign NGOs. LDPA provides information about vocational training for people with disabilities.
People in community do not accept disabled persons very well. Some people look down disabled people.
