- – Some of the people with disabilities in my country are now cared by government and the NGOs in Vientiane capital but not in rural area. So, many people with disabilities don’t have opportunity to be cared.
- – Top manager in big companies often think that disabled people do not have enough ability to work, and do not hire people with disabilities.
- – People with disabilities often stop going to school earlier than non-disabled people because it is difficult for many people with disabilities to go to school far from their village. As a result, many people with disabilities are not be accepted by vocational training school or companies.
This training program will help me to learn more about disability and help to learn how should be a good vocational rehabilitation and employment for people with disabilities at grass root level in Laos.
