17. Sources of Financial Budget:
- 50% from the Royal Government of Bhutan if possible
- 50% from the donor agencies
18. Monitoring and Evaluation Aspects:
The Department of Human Resources, Department of Education, and the concerned Dzongkhag will monitor and evaluate activities continuously as well as at the end of each program for remedial correction, enrichment and expansion. Relevancy of the programme, objectives, training content and learning strategies of each area and applicability of the skills acquired must be tested. Trainers will prepare the progress report and submit to DHR/DoE on monthly basis or after completion of each module. Trainers should maintain daily work activities of the trainees and their progress.
A. Follow up action:
After the skills training program, PWDs has to register themselves to the Department of Employment and BCCI for the employment. Thus, this will serve as a network in reaching the skills to every interested people in remote areas. The Instructors should be able to provide all necessary post-training support and services required by the community, in-terms of setting up cooperatives, small business, and other income-generating activities.
