Individual Training

In these two days, the participants took their individual training. They visited different organizations individually or in small groups as the table below. Each participant could explore more on the specific fields of their own interests, deepen their knowledge, and get many more ideas which help their activities on their return home.

Cambodia, Philippines & Laos 10:00 – 15:00 Visit: Tokyo Vocational Ability Development School for Persons with Disabilities – Learn about training curriculum, training method

– Network and collaboration with Special Schools, private companies, Public Employment Security Offices

Indonesia & Maldives 10:00 – 16:00 Visit: National Institute of Vocational Rehabilitation, Maihama City, Chiba Prefecture

– Vocational Evaluation and Planning

Pakistan & Sri Lanka 10:00 – 17:00 Visit: Nanasawa First and Second Rehabilitation Home, Kanagawa General Rehabilitation Center – Vocational Rehabilitation

– Social Rehabilitation

Kazakhstan & Nepal 10:00 – 12:00 Visit: Challenger, Social Juridical Person Musashino Senkawa Welfare Group – Employment of persons with intellectual disabilities

– Organization management and organizational development

13:30 – 15:30 Visit: Center for Independent Living Tachikawa – Activities of CIL Tachikawa
