3. Name of Activity / Project: Period: How did you utilize it: Seminar organize by Ministry of National Unity and Social Development together will all the disabled people leaders to be table in Parliament.
4. Name of Activity / Project: Fund raising/ Charity Bazaar for Building Fund. Period: Your Responsibility: How did you utilize it: 5000 people attended/we made with different organization and disabled people.

Describe your needs and expectations for the follow-up program.

1. Information sharing.
2. Hoping to start a group of disabled persons work together to improve the quality of life not only in their own country but global.
3. Opportunity to maintain relationship among the disabled people and the organizer (JSRPD. JICA)

Describe your future plans in the disability field if any.

1. To create educated disabled people society in Malaysia.
2. To have more leadership training for disabled persons.
3. Must have representative in the decision making body of the country
