  • During my training in Japan I have learned some many things like for example employment statues of persons with disabilities in PESO, vocational rehabilitation and vocational support systems at home countries and have understood the major issues and problems regarding the management of vocational rehabilitation centers like shelter workshop/ work center.
  • I have gain some knowledge and skills of problem solving management of shelter workshop/ work center and how to facilitate on proposal writing.
  • Also the day care center for adultery disabilities people.
  • Quota or subsidy system
  • Welfare facilities for persons with disabilities
  • Accessibilities for PWDs
  • Special school for children with disabilities.
  • Laws related to persons with disabilities
  • Understood the daily life of PWDs
  • Employment conditions for PWDs in Private companies
  • National sports for PWDs.
  • In addition to that I have seen lot of recreation center offering different kind of skills and knowledge by the National rehabilitation center/ shelter workshop and club house in Japan which give me a space to develop in my country in near future. Such skills like making bread, furniture, packaging, interior designing, business management section, informational technology, hotel service course, living skill training course, printing job and making white cane is very much feasible to conduct in my country.

  • Disabled in the community, includes Physical, Intellectual, Psychiatric.
